Frequently asked questions

When can I expect a reply?

We aim to respond to your inquiries as promptly as possible.

As BALAMORA serves customers around the world, time zone differences may affect our response times. We will review your message and get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Are your products in stock or made to order?

All of our pieces are handcrafted. ONE-OF-A-KIND and Artifacts pieces are In Stock, while other pieces are made to order.

For Made to Order pieces, production begins after your order has been confirmed. We believe in allowing enough time to carefully complete every detail, so that each piece can be made with the care and attention it deserves.

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

Except for our one-of-kind series , handmade pieces typically require 5–10 business days to complete.
Once your piece is finished, we will arrange packaging and shipment as soon as possible.

During periods of high order volume, orders may be scheduled according to the order in which they are received, so the actual shipping date may be slightly delayed.

If you have a specific deadline, please feel free to contact us before placing your order to confirm the current production time.

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 7–20 days.

Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance, weather conditions, and local shipping services. Some orders may therefore require additional time.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping to the countries and regions where our website is available for purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the relevant tracking information so that you can follow the status of your shipment.

For detailed information about shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, and shipping policies, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Can I ask about the current production time before placing an order?

Of course.

If you would like to know whether a particular piece currently requires a production queue, or if you have a specific delivery date in mind, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

📧 hello@balamora.com

Please include “Order Inquiry” in the subject line, and we will do our best to confirm the current production and shipping schedule for you.

What is the process for custom orders?

After placing your order, please provide an email address that you can regularly access. We will contact you to confirm the relevant details and send you a size measurement guide.

Once you have followed the guide and sent us your measurements, we will arrange your order in our production queue and provide you with a queue number. Production will then begin.

When your piece is completed, we will contact you again to confirm shipment and verify your delivery address. Once everything has been confirmed, your piece will be carefully packed and sent to you.

Throughout the entire process, we will keep in touch with you.

What if I am buying a gift but don’t know the recipient’s size?

If you are preparing a surprise for a friend, family member, or partner but don’t know their wrist or neck measurement, don’t worry.

You can find a natural moment to measure them in a playful way.

For example, while chatting or joking around, you could gently wrap a soft piece of string around their wrist or neck as if you were simply playing around. Quietly remember where the ends meet, and measure the actual length of the string later when they are not looking.

This can give you a reasonably accurate measurement without revealing that you are preparing a gift.

If you still don’t feel confident about measuring this way, that’s completely fine too.

You are always welcome to contact us. By talking with you and considering the information you provide, we will do our best to help you determine a suitable size.

Sometimes, the reason a surprise feels so precious is because it requires a little secret.

Leave the question of size to us—we’ll figure it out together.

Why does every natural crystal look different?

Natural crystals are formed by nature, so every stone has its own unique patterns, textures, and marks of formation.

You may notice slight variations in color, natural fractures, inclusions, mineral patterns, or other natural characteristics. These are inherent features of the natural material and are part of what makes each piece unique. They are not considered defects.

For this reason, the piece you receive may not be exactly identical to the sample shown in the product photos.

What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

Please record a complete unboxing video when you receive your package, beginning with the exterior of the parcel, and keep the product and all packaging materials in their original condition.

If you discover that the product has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

A complete unboxing video
Clear photos of the damaged product
Your order information

Once we receive the relevant information, we will process your request as soon as possible.

📧 hello@balamora.com

Please include your order number in the email subject line.

Can I contact you if I have any questions?

Of course.

If you have any questions about our pieces, materials, production times, or your order, please feel free to contact us at any time. We truly value genuine connections and communication between people.

At BALAMORA, you are not speaking to a cold automated reply. Every email is carefully read and answered by a member of our team. Whether you would like to learn more about a particular piece or simply wish to have a conversation before placing an order, we are always happy to hear from you.

We hope that every conversation with you can be more than a simple inquiry—it can be the beginning of creating something together.

May we have the pleasure of creating a piece that truly becomes your own: something to accompany you through the everyday, and perhaps, in a quiet moment, gently lead you back to a sense of inner calm.
