Please include “Order Inquiry” in the subject line, and we will do our best to confirm the current production and shipping schedule for you.

After placing your order, please provide an email address that you can regularly access. We will contact you to confirm the relevant details and send you a size measurement guide.

Once you have followed the guide and sent us your measurements, we will arrange your order in our production queue and provide you with a queue number. Production will then begin.

When your piece is completed, we will contact you again to confirm shipment and verify your delivery address. Once everything has been confirmed, your piece will be carefully packed and sent to you.

Throughout the entire process, we will keep in touch with you.

If you are preparing a surprise for a friend, family member, or partner but don’t know their wrist or neck measurement, don’t worry.

You can find a natural moment to measure them in a playful way.

For example, while chatting or joking around, you could gently wrap a soft piece of string around their wrist or neck as if you were simply playing around. Quietly remember where the ends meet, and measure the actual length of the string later when they are not looking.

This can give you a reasonably accurate measurement without revealing that you are preparing a gift.

If you still don’t feel confident about measuring this way, that’s completely fine too.

Sometimes, the reason a surprise feels so precious is because it requires a little secret.

Natural crystals are formed by nature, so every stone has its own unique patterns, textures, and marks of formation.

You may notice slight variations in color, natural fractures, inclusions, mineral patterns, or other natural characteristics. These are inherent features of the natural material and are part of what makes each piece unique. They are not considered defects.

For this reason, the piece you receive may not be exactly identical to the sample shown in the product photos.

Please record a complete unboxing video when you receive your package, beginning with the exterior of the parcel, and keep the product and all packaging materials in their original condition.
