These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the BALAMORA website, including all content, products, services, and features made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”).

The Website is operated by BALAMORA (“BALAMORA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, submitting an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Website and do not purchase our products.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Natural Materials

Many BALAMORA pieces are made using natural crystals, gemstones, pearls, and other natural materials.

Natural materials are inherently unique and may naturally vary in color, tone, transparency, inclusions, texture, feel, shape, and surface characteristics.

These characteristics are not considered product defects but are part of the uniqueness of natural materials.

If a product contains natural crystals or other natural materials, the item you receive may differ slightly from the images displayed on the Website, while remaining consistent with the product description.

Symbolic and Spiritual Information

Some BALAMORA products and product descriptions may refer to the symbolic meanings or traditional associations of certain natural crystals and materials in cultural, aesthetic, emotional, spiritual, or energy-related contexts.

Orders and Order Acceptance

When you submit an order through the Website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

After submitting an order, you may receive an order confirmation email.

An order confirmation email only confirms that we have received your order and does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel orders, including in the following circumstances:

the product is out of stock;
there is an obvious error in the product description or price;
payment cannot be successfully processed;
we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;
the order appears to be intended for resale or another unauthorized commercial purpose; or
we are otherwise unable to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will, where reasonably practicable, refund the amount corresponding to the canceled order or affected products through the original payment method.

Made to Order Products

All BALAMORA pieces are handmade. Some pieces are In Stock, while others are made Made to Order. We do not produce all pieces in advance and keep them as inventory.

For products marked as Made to Order, we will begin making the product after the order has been confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, handmade products typically require 5–10 business days to complete.

Production time and shipping time are calculated separately.

ONE-OF-A-KIND and Artifacts pieces are In Stock and can be processed immediately, and different processing times may apply.

Pricing and Payment

The prices displayed on the Website may change at any time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate.

However, if there is an obvious error in the price or product information displayed on the Website, we reserve the right to correct the error and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, cancel any affected order.

We can only process an order after payment has been successfully received.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently provide worldwide shipping for eligible orders.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

customs processing;
import requirements;
weather conditions;
carrier delays;

other unforeseen circumstances.

Purchasing a BALAMORA product does not transfer ownership of the related product design, artwork, photographs, brand content, or any other intellectual property associated with the product.
