Welcome to BALAMORA. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BALAMORA website, including all content, products, services, and features available through the website (the “Site”).

The Site is operated by BALAMORA (“BALAMORA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Site and do not purchase our products.

1. Use of Our Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate and up to date.

However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your display, device, lighting conditions, and other factors.

As many of our creations are handmade, minor variations in size, shape, arrangement, texture, or finishing details may occur from one piece to another.

Such variations are inherent characteristics of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Natural Materials

Many BALAMORA creations incorporate natural crystals, gemstones, pearls, and other natural materials.

Natural materials are inherently unique and may naturally vary in color, tone, transparency, inclusions, patterns, texture, shape, and surface characteristics.

These characteristics are not considered defects but are part of the individuality of natural materials.

Where a product contains natural crystals or other natural materials, the actual item you receive may differ slightly from the images displayed on the Site while remaining consistent with the product description.

4. Symbolic and Spiritual Information

Some BALAMORA products and product descriptions may refer to the symbolic meanings or traditional associations of certain natural crystals and materials in cultural, aesthetic, emotional, spiritual, or energetic contexts.

Such descriptions are provided for aesthetic, cultural, personal, or spiritual interest only.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other professional advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

BALAMORA does not guarantee that wearing or using our products will produce any particular physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual effects.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

After submitting an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. An order confirmation only acknowledges that we have received your order and does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to accept, refuse, restrict, or cancel an order, including in the following circumstances:

  • a product is out of stock;
  • there is an obvious error in the product description or price;
  • payment cannot be successfully processed;
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
  • an order appears to be placed for resale or other unauthorized commercial purposes; or
  • other circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will, where reasonably possible, refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or affected item through the original payment method.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Many BALAMORA creations are handmade and made to order rather than produced and stored entirely as ready-to-ship inventory.

For products identified as made to order, production will begin after your order has been confirmed.

Handmade products generally require 5–10 business days for production unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Certain natural crystal products or other specifically identified products may be available for immediate processing and may have different handling times.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the Site may be changed at any time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate. However, if there is an obvious error in the price or product information displayed on the Site, we reserve the right to correct the error and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, cancel any affected order.

We can only process an order after payment has been successfully received.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer worldwide shipping for eligible orders.

Shipping methods, delivery times, available destinations, and other delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • customs processing;
  • import requirements;
  • weather conditions;
  • carrier delays;
  • public holidays; and
  • other unforeseen circumstances.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Our return, refund, and exchange practices are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

As some of our products are handmade or made to order, certain products may be subject to specific return or order cancellation conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under applicable law and that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Site, including but not limited to:

  • the BALAMORA name and logo;
  • product names;
  • product designs;
  • product photographs;
  • videos;
  • illustrations;
  • graphics;
  • product descriptions;
  • written content;
  • brand stories;
  • visual elements;
  • website design; and
  • other original content

is owned by or lawfully licensed to BALAMORA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any BALAMORA content.

Purchasing a BALAMORA product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights relating to the product design, artwork, photographs, brand content, or other intellectual property associated with the product.

11. Reviews and User Content

If our Site allows you to submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you remain responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you represent that:

  • you have the rights necessary to submit the content;
  • the content does not infringe the lawful rights of any third party;
  • the content is not unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or abusive; and
  • the content does not contain malware or other harmful material.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by submitting User Content to BALAMORA, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute such content in connection with our business, including for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove User Content where we reasonably believe that it violates these Terms or applicable law.

These third-party services operate independently from BALAMORA and may be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
